This Spanish Electricity Company charged me for electricity before, yes before, I lived here. Now we are conducting email wars. On my shopping list is 2 solar panels, (maybe next year) cos it is stoooooopid being charged to heat water and illuminate in this total sun weather.
Also although Spain is steeped in bureaucracy , none of the documents one signs over here when you turn up, has a date on them !!!! Carramba !!!! So email wars continue.
