You can get most things in Spain as in England, except:
decent lampshades, decent beer, cream soda, proper chocolate.

Most of the shops sell recognisable products. There is even an Iceland Frozen food shop. Spanish food is very good and so is the wine plus its cheap. I think Spain exports all the rubbish wine to England !!!

The Pavements are Pink

WE now have a phone landline after 2 weeks of manana.

Internet on its way with TV, after more bureaucracy and registration, even the shop sales assistants don't break sweat, stress is not an option in Spain,  nor is urgency.

Maybe that's why the pavements are pink, ceramic patterned tiles.

So Bahia Blanc Bar and a 1.5  euro beer, still 4 me and the computer.

Thunder storms of late at 5pm   saves me hosing the garden, and a west wind   from the interior has lowered the temperatures and sent things flying.

Will be back in England in the van from 23rd to 28th and will be buying a few items unavailable here, like 3 kitchen cupboard doors to replace the warped old ones, Cream Soda, real ale, decent lampshades, trelless, bbq sauce, antiseptic cream, gaviscon. Also have to collect remaining bits and pieces left there after the first landing.
