Iberdola have a great way of welcoming new customers, they charge them for the debts of their old customers..................clever huh !!!

I signed for my house in Torrevieja  on 27th March at the Notary office.  Until then it was certainly not a done deal.

However whilst in England my Spanish Lawyer was laying foundations, and told Iberdola about what she thought was going to happen, that I would buy this property. So I get a bill for all the electricity used by the previous owner January February March, when all the time the previous owner was here living in what is now my home. I moved in April 1st, April Fool's day and now Iberdola will not refund my 56.93 euros

Now someone explain the logic to me, that I pay for electricity I did not use, instead of the electricity company sending a final bill with plenty of time to the last owner and person with the light switch.
